It's all about the details, many things are getting done with many items now complete. The custom exterior front doors should arrive soon for installation. The site continues to be graded and the final asphalt is going down this week. A new ramp and entrance has been created to enter and exit on route 52. Outside exterior trim has been completed, soffits installed under the entrances and roof and gutters have been installed. Light poles are now installed around the property. The generator has natural gas as well as the building, and water and sewer are awaiting DOH approval. Inside ceiling tiles are almost complete. Interior doors and glass have been installed. The custom kitchen now has a back splash installed. A custom communications desk was installed along with a custom display case.
